Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and support agents on compliance, contracts, risk

practices

Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in real estate, sales, or brokerage
operations
Proven ability to recruit and lead high-performing agents
Strong interpersonal skills and strategic mindset
Highly organized with multitasking abilities in a fast-paced
environment
