A company is looking for a Remote Licensed Property & Casualty
Insurance Agent.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous and
professional manner
Utilize knowledge to accurately answer customer questions and sell
appropriate products
Document and process customer orders while adhering to policies and
procedures
Required Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating
system
Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance
Customer service oriented with the ability to evaluate and
troubleshoot customer issues
