A company is looking for a Denials And Appeals
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Review carrier denials and submit appeals based on assigned Billing
Group
Post rejection codes and obtain status on submitted appeals through
carrier contact
Identify trends in claims and report consistent errors affecting
claim processing
Required Qualifications
1 year of medical billing experience
Knowledge of physician billing policies and procedures
High School diploma or equivalent
Computer literate with the ability to work independently
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced
environment
