Job Description:
A company is looking for a PAP Specialist who will manage
patient equipment and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and
provide usage instructions
Prepare and submit audit paperwork for Medicare and other insurance
claims to ensure compliance
Monitor and encourage client compliance with Positive Airway
Pressure devices
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
One (1) year of work-related experience in healthcare
administration, financial services, or insurance
Two (2) years of work-related experience required for senior level,
including one (1) year of exact job experience
Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home
medical supplies environment preferred
