EPIC Job Description: - Work as a Case Manager in a healthcare
setting. - Schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30
PM. - No on-call duty required. - Ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations and standards. - Participate in modules and orientation
upon starting the position. - Must not reside in specified counties
as travel restrictions apply. - Maintain patient records and
documentation as required. Note: COVID-19 and Flu vaccine
requirements are unknown at this time.
