A company is looking for a Trusts & Estates Attorney to assist
their team on an ad hoc basis.
Key Responsibilities
Draft wills and establish living trusts
Advise on gift tax and Medicaid planning
Provide guidance on special needs trusts
Required Qualifications
Active New York bar membership
5+ years of experience in Trusts & Estates law
Experience with Medicaid planning
Familiarity with special needs trusts is preferred
Ability to work remotely on an ad hoc basis
