This includes providing leadership to Branch Managers, ensuring overall customer experience and retention, optimizing service delivery, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving new business development. This position will be responsible for overseeing the Senske brand.Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor sales team and branch performance, reallocating resources to enhance overall results.
  • Build and maintain a cohesive, service-oriented team through recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives.
  • Manage a team of Branch Managers by providing direction, coordination, and performance evaluations.
  • Coach Branch Managers on various aspects, including product and service knowledge, marketing strategies, sales techniques, and adherence to Senske standards.
  • Oversee the P&L management of assigned branch locations, ensuring revenue and profit plans are achieved.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Operations to ensure the growth and success of branches, prioritizing safe and efficient delivery of quality products and services.
  • Lead initiatives to ensure exceptional customer experience, enhance service delivery and operational efficiency, spearhead efforts to expand market presence, and drive business growth.
  • Partner with branch managers to design and execute effective customer retention initiatives that support long-term client loyalty.
  • Design and implement company programs, initiatives, and operational guidelines to drive consistency and excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory agencies across all branches.
  • Conduct travel within the designated geographic region, including overnight stays, to ensure branch compliance with company standards and provide guidance on branch operations. Travel will also be necessary for attending company events and strategic meetings.Must Haves:
  • Minimum two years' related experience in the same or similar industry strongly preferred.
  • Minimum four years of supervisory experience required.
  • 4+ years' experience in a related field or industry preferred.
  • Prior experience working successfully in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Prior experience with P&L and asset management is required.
  • Prior experience in sales management is required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in leading, preparing, and facilitating group presentations and managing meetings.
  • You build rapport easily and establish trust with customers and employees.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • A valid driver's license is required.The Perks:
