Key Responsibilities
Manage Customer Success Manager resource assignments and staffing
levels
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through team
performance and feedback
Participate in the development of the long-term vision for customer
experience
Required Qualifications
Experience in a customer experience leadership role
Ability to manage multiple teams in remote and hybrid
environments
Demonstrated ability to engage and develop direct reports
Knowledge of SFDC preferred
Construction technology experience preferred
