Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Communications Consultants
(Retirement Marketing Lead).
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of communication consultants to develop strategies that
enhance client satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with various business partners to create effective
marketing strategies that meet revenue objectives
Manage program budgets and oversee the communication consultant
offerings, including RFP responses and relationship management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or
equivalent experience
Ten years of experience in marketing communications, digital
marketing, or project management
Eight years of marketing experience in financial services or a
related industry
Five years of management experience
Expert understanding of traditional and digital marketing
platforms
