Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recent Grad - Inside Sales Specialist
to join their Inbound team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound calls and chats from merchants
requiring payment assistance
Follow up with existing merchants until their payment solutions are
fully integrated
Build strong relationships with business owners to understand and
address their specific challenges
Required Qualifications:
Must have graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate by
Spring 2025 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related
field
Must reside in the U.S
Must be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S
A track record of success in meeting or exceeding goals or
quotas
Highly competitive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
