Job Description:

A company is looking for a Subrogation Analyst to manage subrogation and workers compensation cases.
Key Responsibilities

Investigate and manage subrogation and workers compensation cases, including negotiating settlements
Respond to legal arguments and maintain knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Assist in training and mentoring Third Party Liability Associates as needed

Required Qualifications

4+ years of related professional experience
Understanding of subrogation or workers compensation principles and health insurance
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Bachelor's degree preferred
Legal research and negotiation skills preferred
