Benefit Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop open enrollment communications campaigns and various
benefit communication materials
Manage projects from start to finish, coordinating deadlines and
prioritizing tasks
Attend client meetings to discuss communications initiatives and
provide product education
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in content writing or project management,
preferably in HR and benefits
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a
related field
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in delivering accurate and engaging messages through
various channels
Proficiency in working independently and collaboratively with
minimal direction
