Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant specializing in Workday Talent and Learning.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Workday HCM implementations and optimize Talent Management and Learning solutions
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide expert guidance on Workday best practices
Manage project timelines and resources, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Experience in designing and configuring Workday Talent and Learning modules
Proven ability to drive workshops and design sessions for requirement validation
Experience in system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Workday solutions
Ability to develop and deliver training sessions for clients on Workday functionalities
Current permanent U.S. work authorization required
