NMLS Licensed Loan Officer Assistant

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant to support Loan Officers with administrative and processing tasks related to the loan origination process.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the loan pipeline daily and address issues as they arise
Retrieve and review borrower documentation for completeness before submission
Assist borrowers with questions about loan disclosures and the company's web portal

Required Qualifications

Strong organizational skills for managing a pipeline of loan applications
Action NMLS license is strongly preferred
At least 2 years of experience in residential construction lending
Proficiency in providing administrative support and excellent customer service
Strong understanding of compliance and ability to learn new software
