A company is looking for a Call Center Intake Specialist for
remote operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to establish or maintain
relationships with clients and callers
Accurately input caller information and follow specific prompts to
gather detailed information
Meet productivity goals while managing on-system and off-system
time efficiently
Required Qualifications
Applicants must be in Pacific Daylight or Mountain Daylight Time
Zones
2+ years of experience in a high call volume environment,
preferably in the legal industry
Ability to work weekends and holidays
Computer proficiency and ability to work with multiple systems and
monitors
High-speed internet connection with the capability to connect
directly to a router/modem
