Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Service Delivery to manage
daily operations of the Service Desk and oversee team
performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations and ensure high-quality support for
clients
Recruit, coach, and assess team members while fostering a positive
work environment
Monitor key performance metrics and ensure adherence to operational
policies and standards
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist or
similar role
Previous Service Desk management experience at a Managed Service
Provider is preferred
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and provide
after-hours support
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any
employer without sponsorship
