Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Seniors Calling Seniors -
Peer Caller.
Key Responsibilities
Make daily outbound calls while maintaining productivity and
enthusiasm
Engage effectively with members and enter/update their information
in the call system
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during interactions
with health plan members
Required Qualifications
Experience as a member of a Medicare Advantage Plan
Passion for helping and serving others
Flexible schedule with a minimum of two hours available during the
day
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Commitment to a drug-free workplace and willingness to undergo
background checks
