Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Governance & Securities
Paralegal.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare corporate governance documents and manage materials for the
Board of Directors and Committees
Assist in preparing and filing SEC reports and ensure compliance
with insider trading policies
Develop and implement processes to enhance corporate governance
efficiency and streamline compliance workflows
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a corporate governance or securities
paralegal, preferably in a public company or law firm setting
Strong knowledge of SEC reporting requirements and corporate
governance practices
Experience managing board governance activities and maintaining
governance documentation
Proficiency with corporate governance platforms is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment
