Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer - AI-ML.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ML/MLOps engineers
Lead the design and architecture of AI/ML systems for healthcare
applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project
requirements and deliver AI solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
with 6 years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 8 years
of experience
Proven leadership of ML teams in designing and deploying AI/ML
solutions
4+ years of hands-on experience in Python and familiarity with
other relevant languages
Deep understanding of ML approaches including deep learning and
natural language processing
Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch and
cloud AI/ML platforms
