Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiter to join their Talent
Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through various channels and conduct
initial phone screenings
Support the recruitment process by collaborating with the Talent
Acquisition Manager and coordinating interviews
Enhance candidate experience by maintaining communication and
assisting with onboarding processes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of professional recruiting
experience
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
preferred
Familiarity with the government contracting environment
preferred
Basic understanding of talent acquisition processes and
compensation structures
Ability to prioritize multiple positions and maintain excellent
organization
