Key Responsibilities
Full-cycle recruitment of technical and non-technical roles across
the organization
Partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to design and
execute effective hiring strategies
Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing
strategies
Required Qualifications
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience in a
high-growth or startup environment
Experience partnering with and influencing hiring managers and
senior leaders
Track record closing candidates and educating them on compensation
packages
A data-driven approach to hiring and experience using data to
improve processes
