Director of Compensation

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Compensation to lead global compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and support the global compensation strategy
Lead compensation initiatives including planning, job architecture, and retention programs
Conduct market benchmarking and ensure compliance with compensation regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field (Master's or CCP preferred)
Minimum 10 years of progressive compensation experience, preferably in medium-large companies
3+ years of experience managing a team
Familiarity with compensation planning and analysis
Experience with compensation tools and HRIS systems
