A company is looking for a Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to determine selection criteria for
open positions
Develop recruitment marketing campaigns and source candidates
through various channels
Facilitate the application process, conduct pre-screen interviews,
and coach hiring managers on candidate selection
Required Qualifications
AA or undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources, or related
field
Strong ability to source candidates through various methods
Proficient in resume screening and initial candidate
evaluations
Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship building with
stakeholders
Experience in organizing and participating in recruitment
events
