Job Description:

A company is looking for a Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities

Draft and post job ads, review resumes, and screen candidates
Schedule interviews, conduct interviews on Zoom, and administer skills tests
Maintain data in the recruiting database and assist management with personnel issues and employee development

Required Qualifications

Prior experience with recruitment and sourcing
Passion for recruitment and human resources
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST
Reliable workstation with necessary equipment for remote work
