Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing,
interviewing, and offer negotiation
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and
develop effective recruitment strategies
Create a positive candidate experience and contribute to the
company's employer branding efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field preferred
Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced
environment
Experience recruiting in a healthcare-related field
Familiarity with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and
HR databases
U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of supported government
contracts
