A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative -
Sales and Service (WFH).
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced
environment
Accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments,
and collections
Explain bills and product features clearly while troubleshooting
basic problems
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Verified internet service and a dedicated work area
Ability to work a flexible 40-hour schedule, including nights and
weekends
Compliance with organizational security and performance management
standards
Participation in workspace audits and adherence to WFH
standards
Availability and accountability during established work
