Job Description:
A company is looking for a Dental Account Executive to support
Middle Market sales offices within assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed persistency goals for assigned territory
Build collaborative partnerships and maintain visibility among Tier
1 clients and aligned brokers/consultants
Consult on Tier 1 renewals and assist with the rollout of new
dental and vision initiatives
Required Qualifications
College Degree or equivalent related experience
5+ years' experience in dental benefits, with proven healthcare
sales experience preferred
Producer license required
Ability to work independently in a complex environment
Strong influence skills and ability to work cooperatively in a
matrixed environment
