Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Platform Reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Site Reliability Engineers to ensure
system stability and performance
Manage the reliability, availability, and performance of production
systems, focusing on incident management and automation
Oversee infrastructure management and collaborate with engineering
teams to implement resilient architectures
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related
field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of experience in platform operations, site reliability
engineering, or a related field
3+ years of leadership experience managing a team of engineers
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and
infrastructure management
Proficient in automation tools and scripting languages
