A company is looking for a Payroll Vendor Relationship
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify suitable payroll vendors and
assess their capabilities
Manage the onboarding process for new countries, including vendor
selection and contract negotiations
Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual
obligations and service level agreements
Required Qualifications
Experience in regional or global payroll vendor operations
Experience implementing payroll software in multiple countries
Strong contract negotiation skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Ability to work asynchronously in a fast-paced, international
environment
