Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and guidance to team leads managing day-to-day
operations
Develop and refine processes for client onboarding and ongoing
account maintenance
Oversee quality assurance protocols and facilitate regular team
meetings for alignment
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of management experience, ideally with a remote team of
10-15
2-3 years of bookkeeping experience required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Experience using Google Sheets and Salesforce for pipeline
management
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
