Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Director.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with strategic customers to understand their needs and
maximize their value
Build strong relationships with CDOs, CIOs, and data
stakeholders
Lead onboarding, training, and support to ensure high user adoption
and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in SaaS Account Management, Strategic
Customer Success, or related roles
Strong understanding of the data ecosystem and technologies such as
Snowflake and Tableau
Ability to translate customer needs into actionable insights for
measurable ROI
Experience in managing renewals and identifying expansion
opportunities
Familiarity with data governance and compliance frameworks is a
plus
