Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive capability development strategy aligned with organizational goals
Design and manage various learning and development initiatives, including training programs and workshops
Identify high-potential employees and create leadership development programs for their advancement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Education)
Proven experience in capability development or talent management
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Budget management experience
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
