Job Description:

A company is looking for an M365 Change Management Senior Consultant to support user adoption of M365 and other Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Assess clients' current state and identify change needs
Design and deliver change management solutions, including training and governance
Lead Organizational Change Management activities and workshops to ensure successful project outcomes

Required Qualifications

At least five years of consulting experience in management or customer success consulting
Experience with M365/O365 implementation change management
Knowledge of ADKAR methodology; PROSCI certification preferred
Experience with change management principles and methodologies
Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization
