Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Revenue Cycle to oversee a
team and ensure efficient revenue cycle management performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of RCM Leads and/or Account Managers to ensure
best-in-class RCM performance
Gather data and prepare regular reports on KPIs and RCM metrics for
leadership
Develop and maintain brand-specific training programs and perform
training and coaching with staff
Required Qualifications
Four-year degree in a relevant field of study preferred
4+ years of medical billing or revenue cycle management experience
required
4+ years of customer service/account management experience
required
2+ years of managerial experience strongly preferred
Project management experience preferred
