Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Financial Recovery Specialist
to assist hospital patients with their account inquiries and
payment arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound and place outbound calls to assist patients with
account questions and payment arrangements
Process credit card payments and gather new insurance
information
Maintain accurate account notes and meet specified collection and
productivity goals
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Prefer previous customer service experience, particularly in a call
center environment
Prefer experience with the medical billing process
Proficient PC knowledge with typing speed of 30-40 wpm
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
