provide strategic sales incentives support to the Sales and Revenue
Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales teams to provide
strategic sales incentives support and maintain financial goals
Engage with cross-functional teams to manage incentive operational
needs for reporting and payouts
Drive financial success of sales incentive programs, identifying
opportunities and mitigating risks
Required Qualifications
Experience in financial modeling and analysis
Strong understanding of sales incentive structures and compensation
plans
Ability to influence decision-making frameworks and operating
structures
Proven track record in project management and stakeholder
engagement
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams
