Job Description:

Our client (in the Oil & Gas Industry) is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join their team. If you have a solid grasp of accounting principles and are proficient in MS Excel, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Generate and submit customer invoices. Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Manage accounts receivable collections and apply payments. Handle accounts payable, including verifying and paying vendor accounts. Create and post journal entries. Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Prepare sales tax returns. Assist with fixed asset and inventory management. Support the Sales Operations team and ERP implementation. Document and update accounting policies and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
