Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. TBM Specialist to drive the
strategic implementation and ongoing success of the TBM
framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the TBM strategy and roadmap
Serve as a subject matter expert and champion for TBM within the
organization
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the TBM
framework, including data analysis and process refinement
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business
Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in IT financial and cost accounting
management, financial analysis, or TBM implementation
Advanced proficiency in IT financial management, budgeting, cost
allocation, and chargeback
Experience in TBM taxonomy, standards, and best practices
Expertise in IT service management frameworks and project
management methodologies
